Judith Morgan

In 1992, Judith Morgan was the first woman Chair of the Richmond Chamber Board of Directors, representing Richmond Travel Bureau and has been President and CEO since 1993. She graduated from the Institute of Organization Management in 1999. Judy has been a resident of Richmond most of her life and has served as Chair of the Economic Development Commission and on the Boards of the YMCA, Early Childhood Mental Health, Richmond Art Center and the Contra Costa College Foundation. Judy’s favorite places to travel are Bora Bora and London.
Christina Phipps

Christina Phipps joined the Chamber staff in January, 2005, after working in Richmond at the Bay Area Rescue Mission for over ten years. During that time, she volunteered as a Chamber Ambassador for six years and got to know many of the wonderful business people in the Richmond area, making for an easy transition when she joined the staff at the Chamber. She works with our enthusiastic team of Ambassadors as well as the Chamber Education Committee and the Business and Education United Foundation (BE United!). Chris has three granddaughters and a grandson.
Ferdinand Bueno

Ferdinand Bueno joined the Chamber in February 2002. He has lived in Richmond since 1999. He previously participated in VITA, the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance organized by the City of Richmond to offer free tax preparation to low income taxpayers. Ferdinand is also the main contact for the Enterprise Zone Hiring Tax credit which the Chamber hopes all qualified businesses will take advantage of. Ferdinand is an alumni of San Fransisco State University, class of 95.
Brittany Campbell

Brittany Campbell is a life long resident of Richmond. She graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 2005 and then moved on to graduate from Everest College in 2009. Brittany began working for the chamber in June of 2010. Her hobbies include reading and spending time with her daughter.
Shannon Reinhardt

Shannon Reinhardt, a Chamber staff member from September, 2009 through January, 2011, now facilitates the Chamber's media and marketing projects on a contracted basis. She and her husband own a small design agency called Vague Dream Design that specializes in web development and online marketing. Shannon worked in the nonprofit sector prior to working with the Chamber and enjoys the Arts, traveling, interior design, organizing and making handmade bath products.
