JF SHEA CO & RICHMOND

The Bottoms Property is a bit of a coming home for Shea. As a member of Kaiser’s ‘Six Companies’ partnership, our parent company, JF Shea, contributed to the Richmond ship building effort during World War II.

Shea Homes strives to build new home neighborhoods that are appropriate to the site and that grow to be enduring assets for the community as a whole. That remains our focus for the Bottoms Property in Point Richmond.
