Richmond Chamber President and CEO Announces Retirement

A message to the Richmond Chamber Board and Members.

Our Chamber President and CEO, Judy Morgan, has informed us of her intention to join the ranks of the happily retired, effective August 31, 2013.

Fortunately, she has also graciously agreed to work part time through the end of the year, or until the Board hires a new CEO. During this transition period, her primary responsibility will be the coordination of key Chamber projects scheduled for this fall, including the upcoming Homefront Festival.

“I have been honored to work with many prominent business, community and political leaders helping to promote the City of Richmond.  I have confidence that this City working with the Chamber will continue to find innovative ways to stimulate the economy and create jobs for residents, and growth for local business.  I hope to continue to make a contribution in that regard,” said Judy.

We are most appreciative of her untiring commitment to the goals and growth of the Chamber, as well as her long standing, dedicated service as a key business leader in the City of Richmond. We wish her well.

You may view the job description on the Chamber’s website Job Board.

Sincerely,
