Triple P Parenting Class – It’s Free

The C.O.P.E. Family Support Center, Early Childhood Mental Health Program and the Whole Mind Institute present the Triple P Parenting Class taking place every Tuesday between October 9th and December 11th. This FREE class is for parents of children ages 2-12 years old and will help parents build confidence and effectiveness. Triple P suggests small changes that can make a BIG difference to your family.

Parents will learn to:

  • Create a stable, supportive, and harmonious family
  • Plan ahead to avoid or manage potentially difficult situations
  • Deal positively, consistently, and decisively with problem behaviors
