Re: Sewer Service Charge Increase, City of Richmond
Date: Public Hearing, City Council Meeting – July 21, 2015
Place: City Council Chambers

City Council will consider adoption of the proposed sewer rate increases and will receive public comments as well as written protests by rate payers/ property owners opposing the proposed rate increase. “Protests must be received prior to the close of the public hearing.”

If you wish to file a written protest, send a letter addressed to Sewer Rates,City Clerk, City of Richmond, 450 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond CA 94804. Only one protest will be counted for each property. Identify the property (street address or assessor’s parcel number) and property owner, signed by one of the current property owners.
