Richmond Public Library Foundation

The Richmond Public Library Foundation is a 501(c) 3 charitable nonprofit established in 1997 by a group of dedicated library patrons. The mission is to develop, administer and allocate tax-deductible private and corporate gifts to provide an extra margin of excellence for the Richmond Public Library.
