Bhavin Khatri is a Zero-Emission Program Manager at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency with a demonstrated history of working in the transportation industry and is an expert in zero-emission technology design and deployment. He’s currently serving as a President of the Summer Lane HOA and Hilltop District Neighborhood Council. He enjoys promoting public participation in City governance and the decision-making process to advocate on issues like housing, land use, public safety, parks, transportation, and sustainability. Bhavin is eager to get involved with the RCOC to help promote, retain and attract new businesses in the Hilltop District.
Enhance our neighborhood’s sense of community by participating in our neighborhood council and help improve the livability, safety, and appearance of our area. Hilltop district needs to be redeveloped to its fullest potential. The objective of the HDNC is to gather ideas/inputs from the community, build support for revitalization of Hilltop District, including the former mall and create a concrete action plan to bring our vision into reality.
