A way to manage your commitments so nothing “slips through the cracks?” Time to plan, develop, and implement ideas that reflect your visions, values, and goals? Or the ability to control interruptions and distractions? The Effective Personal Management® Workshop is your answer!
Dates and Time: August 23 and 30, September 6, 13 and 20. Classes are held weekly on Thursdays from 2pm to 3:30pm

Class 3: Managing and Achieving Priorities

Instructor: Gary Buffon, Principal of Leadership Management – Northern California and Past Board Chair of RCOC
Workshop Objectives:
1. Find an additional 2-3 hours per day to work on important goals and high payoff activities that you don’t have time for now.
2. Increase your productivity by a minimum of 15-20% through improved communication.
3. Take control of your personal and professional time by scheduling your priorities.
4. Feel more in control and reduce stress levels by practicing the four steps to proactive self-management.
5. Manage all commitments and promises you are making and accepting every day so that nothing slips through the cracks.
Refundable Cost: $41.00/per student. If the student attends all five classes, this cost will be refunded at the end of the workshop sessions. Cost includes a “My-Tyme Planner” (three month starter set including month at a glance, monthly imperative sheets, goal planning sheets, conference planners and tracking sheets.)
