Design Veronique
About
OUR CEO AND DESIGN DIRECTOR, VERONICA C. SMITH, FOUNDED DESIGN VERONIQUE® IN 1986.
At the time, postsurgical medical compression was applied to patients recovering from an aesthetic or reconstructive procedure by using a simple abdominal binder or applying bandages. Veronica worked tirelessly to develop a better design solution. Collaborating with doctors and patients, a new product line of body garments and bras emerged to provide accurate compression and support to key surgical areas while keeping a patient’s comfort at the forefront.
After 30 years of design innovation, testing and patent approvals, Design Veronique’s product line has swelled to include over 100 postsurgical medical compression products to assist patients in healing and maternity support products for pregnant woman and new mothers.
Product Selection
Design Veronique’s Medical Compression garments include over 100 styles for women and men. With eight size options, three color choices (black, white, champagne), and zippered or non-zippered styles, we offer the most comprehensive range of compression garments available worldwide.
Design Veronique Maternity’s Pregnancy and Postpartum Support products include styles that provide support to pregnant women and new mothers. Our product line provides support for: cesarean incision healing, stretched abdominal muscles, abdominal separation, spinal realignment, back pain, posture improvement, organ repositioning, ligament stabilization, breast tenderness, and healthy nursing.
Product Design
Whether your purpose is to find the perfect compression garment to assist in postsurgical healing, support your body after having a baby, or simply improve your everyday appearance, our compression garments are designed to meet your needs.
Achieving gradient compression through a unique fusion of pattern design, fabric selection, and interior fabric panels, our garments provide the ideal level of compression or support. Our proprietary blend of PowerNet fabric is constructed using an open hexagonal unit that allows for 4-way stretch. Plus, our products maintain their compressive or supportive properties during periods of extended wear, a concept known as memory.
