Amtrak^Ⓡ San Joaquins^SM takes you up and down the Valley between Bakersfield, the Bay Area and Sacramento. With 365 miles of track, 18 stations, and over 1.1 million annual riders, the San Joaquins is the 5th busiest Amtrak service. There are seven daily round-trips along the line. There is also new early morning express service from Fresno to Sacramento. Plus, Amtrak Thruway Bus service connects you to 135 destinations in California and Nevada.
