The Richmond Chamber of Commerce urges registered West County voters to cast their vote-by-mail ballot, which includes Measure C, the parcel tax to save Doctors Medical Center. Officials recommend mailing ballots no later than Friday, May 2 to ensure that they arrive by the May 6 deadline. Voters can also drop off ballots in person on Election Day, May 6, between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. at 555 Escobar St., Martinez.
