Description of Services

Randall Shores is a business consultant with the Richmond Chamber of Commerce.  Randy is available to advise business owners how to increase sales, increase profits, and grow their business.  He brings the knowledge and experience of having started several successful businesses and has been a consultant for over 20 years.  He also taught small business at Solano Community College for 15 years, and is the author of the book “Starting and Managing a Small Business,” which is on sale at the Chamber office.  His services are available to both members and non-members.  He charges $40 an hour but he guarantees he saves or helps his clients make much more than the fee he charges, so there is really no cost to the client. Biography

Randall Shores began his business career by starting a very successful market research business in Sacramento, which quickly became the largest market research business in Sacramento, with clients from all over the country.  He pioneered in developing new market research techniques that apply to professional service firms, such as architects and engineers.  He has also been the owner of several other businesses, including a commercial real estate investment company, a travel agency, and a marketing company.  He also created the curriculum and taught all of the small business courses at Solano Community College for 15 years.  He is the author of the book “Starting and Managing a Small Business.”  He has a BA and MA in Public Administration.
