Rolla Bruce Hoffe
May 1, 1927 – January 11, 2014

We regret to inform our members and the business community of the death of Rolla Bruce Hoffe on January 11, 2014, at the age of 86. In 1963, Mr. Hoffe started a private law practice with his long time friend and law school classmate, Francis Watson, Jr. Their partnership lasted more than 35 years before Hoffe’s retirement in 1999. Now known as Watson, Hoffe & Hass, the law firm has been a dedicated member of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce since 1967 (47 years). Mr. Hoffe also served as the Chairman of the Richmond Chamber Board of Directors from 1988-1989.

We would like to thank Bruce for his dedication to the Richmond Chamber of Commerce and his contributions to the business community over the years.

A funeral mass will be held on Friday, January 24, 2014, at 10:30am at St. Monica Church, in Moraga. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Cal Fund at the University of California Berkeley.
